The someone that her eyes had fallen upon was a leopard apparently, one who made his way over when his voice caught her attention. His eyes, which were much bigger than hers, darted up to her for a few moments before immediately darting to the ground again. Meanwhile, Ali's green eyes didn't falter and instead she flashed him a small smile as he spoke. Listening to his words it didn't take the cream furred girl long to deduce that he was in fact quite shy. Or maybe he wasn't and he actually liked to talk to others but just couldn't quite get the words out. Anyhow, she, with all her bubbly and bright ways, seemed to be quite the opposite to the male before her. He certainly seemed nice enough, though. "Nice to meet you too, Mamura - thanks for the welcome," She responded, giving him a neat and polite nod of her head. Alicia had certainly met many people in her life so far but he seemed to take the cake for most awkward and reserved. But he was nice, which was why Ali decide she'd try and befriend the guy later on.
Her bright eyes shifted past the male when she caught sight of someone approaching. As they came closer her green gaze realised that it was a boy, a brown tabby guy who couldn't be much older than she was herself. He was definitely taller, though - Ali had never been on the tall side of things but that was alright. She never referred to herself as short, she liked to call it "fun sized". The tom-cat offered her a warm smile, one which she returned with a bright smile of her own, and told her his name was Nelson. It was an easy name to remember and where Mamura had bee a rarer name and would take more effort to remember, Ali was pretty sure she'd be able to remember his easier as it was a little more common. Although come to think of it, she hadn't met a Nelson before now so maybe it wasn't a common name at all. "Thank you, nice to meet you too, Nelson," Ali commented with her bright smile still in place as she gave the guy a nod of her head and the flick of an ear in his direction. He seemed pretty nice and it'd certainly be nice to have friends around her own age so maybe she'd catch up with him later on too.
The next person to appear was practically bigger than her despite being younger than she was. The kid was a lion cub, a few moons old maybe with off white coloured fur. Ali wasn't gonna lie - the kid was cute despite being larger than her. But then again as said before it wasn't hard to be bigger than she was, she wasn't very high up on the size scale. The cub told her she'd be calling her Ali and said her name was Differentkit but Dif was cool too. Nicknames were easy and Dif's name was already pretty long so yes, Ali certainly would be using the girl's nickname. She noted that the kid wore a slight stuck up smile but still Ali smiled back. The creamy furred she-cat wasn't the type to judge people based on appearances and first impressions, so she didn't wanna call the kid out for being a total prat just yet. "Thank's Dif, it's nice to meet you too. And of course, Ali's cool by me." Her words came out with a small smile, giving the girl a nod of her head as she had done for the others.
Yet another kid appeared on the scene, although this one wasn't taller than her this time. This time, it was a fellow domestic cat, a cream tabby like herself although she was older than the kitten before her. She didn't offer much in the way of a smile but her chocolate gaze rested on Alicia and she welcomed her whilst introducing herself as Softkit. She certainly looked soft - as in the fluffy and gentle furry sort. Ali was pretty sure in fact that if she reached out a paw and touched her then she would indeed find the kitten to be soft. Not that she was going to - that was just plain weird. Or it'd look it anyway and she'd probably scare the hell out of the kitten. The older girl simply flashed a smile to the kid as her green eyes looked down at her. "Thanks - lovely to meet you, Softkit." Alicia meowed, adding a polite dip of the head in the kit's direction to finish her words.
Hearing the sound of paws the girl's green eyes shifted once more, her attention leaving the small girl and looking up to someone who was much larger than her. It was her first time meeting a tiger although she had certainly seen many before, she'd just never gotten the chance to speak to any of them. This one though seemed to be pretty friendly as he welcomed her to ArcadianClan, introduced himself as Daryl Dixon and then told her it was to meet her. Now that she was before a tiger and standing in front of them she could see why people made them sound so scary when they talked about them. They were definitely big compared to the cream tabby's small frame, although she didn't know if scary was the right word for it. "Thank you, Daryl, it's nice to meet you too," Ali responded, flashing him a friendly smile while she spoke. Scary wasn't quite the word for the tiger before her - he seemed friendly so instead she might use the word different or tall, but not scary.
The last creature to capture her attention was a small fox - an Arctic fox at that! A large grin turned the corner of the fox's mouth upwards and Ali found herself returning the kid's smile with her own bright grin. The kid was welcoming and certainly friendly - probably the friendliest of those who had greeted her although they were all certainly friendly. Maybe it was simply because she was a kid and kids tended to be outgoing, whatever it was - Ali hoped she never lost that spark inside of her. It was a valuable thing indeed to be so social and cheery. "Thanks, Pinekit - I'll be sure to ask if I need anything." Ali responded warmly, her words being honest and genuine. She certainly would seek out the girl if she had any questions, she seemed like she was pretty "in the know" and was enthusiastic.
As she finished speaking the feline kept her smile in place. She had now greeted six new clan mates and said the words "nice to meet you too" to four of them. Not that Ali was complaining, she was happy indeed that she'd come to a place full of people who also seemed eager to introduce themselves and say hello. Most of them she was pretty sure she'd get along just fine with.
